  • Give to multiple organizations and programs annually, all from one account.
  • Involve your children or family in your charitable giving.
  • Excellent tax planning tool.
  • $20,000 minimum to open this fund.

Help students achieve their educational goals.

  • Our staff can assist you in setting up eligibility criteria, guidelines, award amounts and even a selection committee.

  • Support educational opportunities, a specific institution or a course of study.
  • Invest in a pathway to success for others.

Family Affiliated Fund

A convenient alternative to a private foundation, this fund has fewer restrictions, less administrative responsibility and provides favorable tax treatment.

  • It’s an alternative to a private foundation.
  • Utilizes Foundation staff for all administrative duties and compliance issues.
  • Has flexible investment options.
  • Has its own grant distribution policy.
  • Has its own trustees.

Field of Interest Fund

Provide support for a specific area of interest you care about or immediately support emergency or evolving needs in our community.

  • A committee made up of community leaders and experts in the field will review selected organizations that most closely align with your interests.
  • This is an excellent tool to ensure your passion is carried out for generations.

Endowment Fund

A Nonprofit Endowment Fund is a permanent fund at OCCF with a nonprofit or specific charitable purpose designated as the beneficiary. You can start a new fund or create a designated fund for a nonprofit that already has an endowment in place.

  • With a minimum gift of $40,000, we can help you create a fully endowed fund that provides a grant of at least $2,000 each year.
  • For organizations with an existing endowment, we can help you or a donor establish a designated fund to support a specific program area or a named fund honoring the donor or a loved one with a minimum gift of $20,000.
